Noticed Scott personally carries out all the work and is the single point of contact from first call to completion — that kind of one-man accountability is exactly what a lot of homeowners want but rarely find, and your 9 years on Checkatrade backs it up.
There are a couple of things I noticed that could be bringing in more leads (especially from people actively searching for trusted local plumbers locally).

Hi Scott - I have a Mira digital mixer shower pump which is leaking internally and tripping the electrics. i'm not sure if the model is made anymore, but have messaged Shower doctor to see, and have also identified a 7 month old 2nd hand unit on ebay. If I am able to get a replacement, would you be happy to fit it, obviously not guaranteeing a second hand unit? If I cant replace the same model, Il need your advice on suppling and fitting an alternative. Thanks, Mike
